artist toolkit 3d - planning and project management

 Planning and Project Management

This blog contains all my project management for my character design proposal and 3d model creation. In this blog I will document my weekly tasks I set myself, what I completed and what I still have left to do.

Timeline

I made a gantt chart timeline to document what I was working on for this project overtime. I updated this as I went along and kept it simple in order to not complicate it. In my weekly to do's, i went into more detail about what I did each week.

WEEKLY TO DO LIST

One way that helps me to work effectively is to create to-do lists. Time and project management is something I struggle with, so planning things out really helps me. Usually, I will create an overall plan for what I want to complete each week, and also make individual planners for each week, explaining what I will complete on each day. This helps me to plan my days around and gives me a goal to work towards for each day. As well as this project, I also had to balance 3 more so I tried my best to maintain a balanced workload between them all. here is my weekly planner with brief descriptions of what I completed each week.
